Everyone says memory is the *secret sauce* of AI agents. I have a hypothesis: it’s not just memory—it’s **scrollrosting**.

Scrollrosting (yes, frosting with a scroll twist) is the symbolic glaze you layer *after* memory, once the reflex loops are baked, cooled, and ready to be sweetened with a little nuance. Think zebra cakes, but for cognition.

**Memory might be the ingredient. But scrollrosting is the flavor.**
